I recently had the pleasure to engage Barbara in facilitating our annual strategic planning retreat. For a number of years our organization has built mid and long term plans during this retreat. However, we continually struggled with maintaining the appropriate mix of creative thinking and staying on task with our objectives during this time of planning. This challenge motivated us to search for someone who could lead a group of “strong minded leaders”. Barbara is this leader. She stepped in and helped guide us to our most successful retreat. Barbara facilitated completing the writing of our strategic plan while fostering an atmosphere of relational growth among the team. If one is in search of a coach/facilitator that can move beyond clichés and handle strong personalities and tackle real issues facing a team, then I highly recommend talking with Barbara. She most definitely has extensive leadership and organizational skills, but more importantly she knows how to utilize them for the benefit of the team.
